Beijing Schools Are Planning To Reopen

This is the New News Newshour, I'm Tigger.

For half a year, Beijing schools have been on “holiday”, from the winter holidays, all the way to the summer holidays.

All of this, and more, have been a result of the Covid pandemic, which is finally starting to go away.

Since it's starting to subside, lockdown and Covid rules are loosening, and schools are trying to reopen, Beijing, for some reason, wanted its schools to reopen around September 1st in groups.

For me, I wouldn't like to go back, because I kinda got used to staying home all day, doing my favorite things, like reading. If I go back to school as planned, then I might not have time to write this Newshour, though I could change my schedule...

Anyway, if you’re a student like me, then would you go back to school? You should think about that!
