Coronavirus Vaccine Trial On Hold

Hi, this is the New News Newshour, I’m Tigger.
With vaccines in development, vaccine trials that and that's test those vaccines are common, too, but some will go wrong, and that’s happened with this trial, paused by drug giant AstraZeneca, after an unexplained illness appeared in one of the volunteers.
Pausing the trial was a routine action that happens when there’s a potentially unexplained illness.
It isn’t clear if the pause involved on the U.S. sites or the company’s trial sites all around the world.
What I think is that we should pause the company’s trials in all regions, since that way, if there are any more mistakes in the vaccine, it at least wouldn't effect any more volunteers.
