9/11 Day

Yes, it's called “9/11 Day”, the day of the September 11 attacks. The attacks were made by the terrorist group “al-Qaeda”, on today in 2001.

There were 4 attacks, but the most important and deadliest were the 2 attacks on the north and south towers of the World Trade Center, which involved United Airlines 175, and American Airlines 11. The attacks resulted in almost 3,000 deaths, in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

And remember, all this happened on September 11, or 9/11, so there's this “9/11 day”, or “National Day of Service and Remembrance”.

Now, do you get what “9/11 Day” means?
