International Read An E-book Day was first celebrated in 2014, to encourage people to read E-books! But what exactly is an E-book?

An E-book, or “electronic book”, is a form of publication for books, that could be viewed on various electronic devices, with a screen, of course, like a computer, laptop, tablet, or sometimes a device that was made just to read E-books. In other words, an E-book is a digital book that could only be read by an electronic device with a screen. Some E-books have a printed equivalent, while others don't. But E-books have one advantage, or at least in my opinion: They don't take up too much space. Well not in meters, inches, or whatever, but if you see it from the perspective of the device, it sure does take up some KB or MB.
