Moderna: Vaccine Is Almost 95% Effective

With more than 55,000,000 confirmed cases and 1,300,000 deaths worldwide, the coronavirus has done much damage, both physically and mentally. The thing we now need the most is actually a vaccine or lots of vaccines, and luckily, out of the many ones in development, there are ones surprisingly effective.

About a week ago, the company Pfizer announced that their Covid-19 vaccine was 90% effective, making it a useful and mostly efficient vaccine. But can we do even better? The answer is “yes”. A few days ago, the company called Moderna announced that its vaccine was 94.5% effective, according to preliminary data from the company’s ongoing study. “These are obviously very exciting results,” said America’s top infectious disease doctor, Dr.Anthony Fauci. “It’s just as good as it gets – 94.5% is truly outstanding.”
