The unlucky golfer suffered leg injuries after his SUV drove off the road and plunged downhill, flipping many times before landing on a hillside in a Los Angeles suburb on Tuesday. Woods, 45, got trapped inside, forcing first responders to use tools, including an ax, to help him get out. He got transported to Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. The Los Angeles Times reported that the golfer suffered a shattered ankle and two leg fractures.
