Today Is The NPC Opening!

First is clarifying how the country should be governed, including amending the Constitution and overseeing its enforcement. Second, to make and amend basic laws over criminal offenses, civil affairs, state organs, and other matters. The third function is making appointments, whereby deciding who’s responsible for various departments of state. Fourth and finally, to determine state issues. That includes examining and approving the plan for national economic and social development, reporting on the central budget, etc. The NPC can also remove leaders from offices. And it has the final say on decisions concerning matters of war and peace.
