Today Is：National Have A Coke Day

Do you know what day is it today? Yes, it's National Coca-Cola Day! It’s a day when people celebrate the day, Coca-Cola was invented by John Stith Pemberton, a pharmacist, and a chemist, he invented Coca-Cola not because it was tasty, but because he wanted to make a medicine for headaches. But somehow this drink turned into a very tasty, yummy drink that we drink everyday.

Even though Pemberton invented this amazing drink, he died in the American Civil War.

“What a tragedy,” said Tigger, “but if Pemberton didn't join the war, then he wouldn't have been addicted to this Morphine, and won’t have made Coke.” To honor this day Coke was introduced to the world, Tigger’s dad has brought home 4 bottles of Coke and a can, what a day, it's time to rest.
