It’s April Fools’ Day!

If you’re the joking kind who likes to pull pranks on others, then you’re going to love April Fools’ Day, which is on Apr 1st, today!

As you’ve probably guessed, this day is all about pulling pranks. It is unsure how the day started. Some say it began in 1564 France after New Years’ Day got changed to Jan 1st. Those who continued celebrating the new year around Easter were called “April Fools,” with tricks and jokes commonly played on them. Nowadays, these pranks can range from an uncontrollable remote control to bug silhouettes. However, these are only illusions, made to look realistic. That uncontrollable clicker gets done by taping up the sensor. Those scary bugs are just paper cuttings stuck onto a lamp. These pranks could get played on anyone, from your friends and family to your coworkers. Though let them off the hook by shouting “April Fools,” or they might never forgive you (sorry).
