By now, the news of new Covid-19 variants, distancing guidelines, and such might be just part of the news you receive. But it has been quite some time since hearing a Covid spike.

This time, the unfortunate rise in infections and deaths happened in poor old India. That can raise a few eyebrows since, with the quickening pace of vaccine distribution, a spike will be really out of place. What India did is a mistake that other countries worldwide have also made. India relaxed a bit too early, thinking they somehow had beaten the virus. First, eat healthy foods yourself. Second, encourage others to do so as well. In this way, more people will know the importance of following Coronavirus guidelines, and, theoretically, if the majority listens, the spread would slow. So it’s time to act, not only in your benefit but in everyone’s benefit.”
