What's the latest new technology? No, not Apple iPhone 11 Pro. No no, not Space X's rockets. Yes! It's Dr. Sankai's "Wearable Cyborg" robots.
The community is growing old, fast. Some elderly people couldn't stand up right, and some adults are paralyzed from the waist down. What should they do? That is what Sankai was trying to do, and succeed. He invented HAL (Hybrid Assistive Limb), a exoskeleton controlled by brainwaves. When paralyzed people wear it, and tell their legs move, the legs couldn't actually move, but HAL picks up those signals, and they help the legs move.
"It is a very good invention," says Tigger, "and I think we are one step closer to building AI robots, since we have "brainwave" robots.
