Hi, friends, and welcome back, I'm Dr. Tigger. I was thinking about the multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children or MIS-C, which is a currently popular list of symptoms in children. Yes, I know what they say, children can't get Covid-19, but that's not true. So if you're a parent, then today, I’m going to tell you how to keep your child happy, healthy and smart.

First, let's talk about MIS-C. It's a combination of symptoms, from fever to feeling extra tired, the most common is a condition where his or her body parts become inflamed, including the heart, lungs and other important organs, this can mean he or her has been infected or else exposed to Covid-19.

To stop this, they need to wear masks, and if possible in where you live, lower the chance of them catching the disease. However, if having MIS-C, then contact your doctor right away, or seek emergency care.

Second, if they still don't have it, then giving them a healthy diet could help in preventing, consisting of meat, veggies, and fruits, look for a healthy pyramid to find out more.

Thirdly, even if schools can't open yet, learning at home is still necessary, by buying online books for their age, you can make them learn like they're at school.

Until next time. Bye-bye!
