Free Slurpee For Everyone

It's 7-eleven Day! Gotta get there before 11:00 A.M., or no free Slurpee. Hi, I'm jogging to my closest 7-eleven store, since today’s like July 11th, so the stores are saying they're giving small servings of free Slurpee to anyone who arrives from 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.

Oh, what’s 7-eleven Day? Well, it isn't actually the official birthday, but I guess because the store is called 7-eleven, so its birthday is on July 11th.

And the Slurpee is kind of like a slushy drink, accidentally invented by Omar Knedlik in the late 1950s, when his soda fountain broke down, and he had to put the soda into a freezer. Later, people started liking the “slushy” drink, so Slurpee was invented.
